1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the word "Platform" refers to the mbi123 website and all services provided through it. All deposited funds must be used for betting activities and cannot be withdrawn directly without any gaming activity taking place. mbi123 reserves the right to carry out anti-money laundering (AML) checks before approving any withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

The mbi123 welcome bonus offers a 200% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value received, not the deposit amount.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Total wagering required: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,100 → Total wagering required: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500

Other bonuses such as weekly VIP cashback, birthday bonus, referral bonus and periodic promotions do not have fixed values and are subject to their own terms stated at the time the offer is issued. Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, household or unique IP address, unless stated otherwise.

mbi123 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. In the event of any misunderstanding regarding promotion terms, the decision of mbi123 is final.

6. Betting Rules

All games on the mbi123 Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has undergone independent auditing by recognised third-party certification bodies. This ensures that the outcome of every game is random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.

7. Account Closure and Suspension
